Woodbine. The forum in the library\u2019s basement theater is free and open to the public.<\/p>\n<p>Congress has passed and sent to President Obama a bill approving the Keystone XL Pipeline to carry oil from Canada to Steele City, Nebraska. President Obama is expected to veto the bill.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The scientific, economic and political ramifications of the proposed pipeline will be discussed by a panel comprised of Dr. Karen Koy, associate professor of biology; Jeannette Holland, adjunct instructor of economics; and Dylan Gibson, senior political science major and president of the Political Science Honor Society.
