The 2014-2015 Peace and Conflict Studies Speaker Series at Missouri Western State University continues with a talk titled \u201cWhat Binds Us Together? Changing Perspectives on the Moral Order of Society\u201d by Dr. Martha Jalali Rabbani at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 24 in the Hoff Conference Rooms, Blum Student Union rooms 218-219. The talk is free and open to the public.<\/p>\n
Dr. Rabbani is a lecturer in peace and conflict studies at the University of Kansas. She has an international record of presentations and publications in the areas of both moral education and peace studies and is the author of two books: \u201cThe Development and Antidevelopment Debate: Critical Reflections on the Philosophical Foundations\u201d and \u201cLa educaci\u00f3n para la ciudadania mundial: reconociendo la unidad y realizando la diversidad humana.\u201d<\/p>\n
