Missouri Western State University will host a celebration of the Chinese New Year at 4:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 30 in the Hoff Conference Room, Blum Student Union room 218. The celebration is free and open to the public.<\/p>\n
The celebration will serve as an introduction to the legends, traditions and customs of this most important Chinese festival, including music, a tai chi fan performance, games and samples of traditional dumplings and other Chinese food.<\/p>\n
