Looney Complex. The MWSU Alumni Association will host a free reception for graduates and their families after the ceremony in the Looney small gym.<\/p>\n<p>Other commencement-related activities include an ROTC commissioning ceremony at 3 p.m. Friday, May 10 in Kemper Recital Hall, Spratt Hall 101, and pinning ceremonies at 8:30 a.m. Saturday in the Fulkerson Center for nursing graduates and in Kemper Recital Hall for physical therapist assistant graduates.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Nicole Kerr, an engineering technology graduate from Brisbane, Australia, will deliver the commencement address at the 11 a.m. ceremony. Graduates of the following programs will participate in the morning ceremony:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Craig School of Business<\/li>\n<li>Criminal Justice, Legal Studies, Social Work<\/li>\n<li>Engineering Technology<\/li>\n<li>Nursing\/Physical Therapy Assistants<\/li>\n<li>Psychology<\/li>\n<li>Masters in Nursing\/Health Care Leadership<\/li>\n<li>Masters of Applied Science &#8211; Engineering Technology, Human Factors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Quincy Hawkins, a physical education graduate from Kansas City, Mo., will deliver the commencement address at the 3 p.m. ceremony. Graduates of the following programs will participate in the afternoon ceremony:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Art<\/li>\n<li>Biology<\/li>\n<li>Chemistry<\/li>\n<li>Communication Studies, Theatre and Cinema<\/li>\n<li>Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics<\/li>\n<li>Economics, Political Science, Sociology<\/li>\n<li>Education<\/li>\n<li>English, Foreign Languages, Journalism<\/li>\n<li>Health, Physical Education, Recreation<\/li>\n<li>History, Philosophy, Geography<\/li>\n<li>Music<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies<\/li>\n<li>Masters of Applied Arts &#8211; Digital Media, Written Communication<\/li>\n<li>Masters of Applied Science &#8211; Assessment, Chemistry, Information Tech Management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Missouri Western State University is a comprehensive regional university providing a blend of traditional liberal arts and professional degree programs.
