A third April plant sale by the Northwest Missouri Master Gardeners will take place at the University of Missouri extension office on the Missouri Western campus.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Native Plant Sale<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">On April 19 and 20, the Missouri Western student chapter of The Wildlife Society will hold its first annual native plant sale fundraiser on the second floor of the Agenstein\/Remington building on the Missouri Western campus.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Friday, April 19: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Saturday, April 20:\u00a0 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Several varieties of flowering plants native to Missouri will be available for purchase at $4 per plant. Bundles of four plants are available for $12.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The sale is open to the public and drop-ins are welcome, but advance orders can also be made by visiting the website at <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/native-plant-sale.squarespace.com\/\" class=\"broken_link\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">native-plant-sale.squarespace.com\/<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Houseplant Sale<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Missouri Western chapter of Beta Beta Beta, a national honor society for biology students, will sell houseplants from April 23 through 26 in the Agenstein Atrium. The sale is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and features various plants such as aloe, begonia, elderberry and succulents.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The sale is open to the public and there are no set prices for plants. The students ask that you donate what you can. Venmo, CashApp, PayPal and cash will be accepted.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Master Gardeners Plant Sale<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">On April 26 and 27, the Northwest Missouri Master Gardeners club will sell vegetables, herbs and milkweed. The University of Missouri Extension is located at 4125 Mitchell Ave. in St. Joseph.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Friday, April 26: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Saturday, April 27: 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. or until sold out<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">More than 150 varieties of tomatoes, peppers, eggplants and herbs will be available along with monarch-friendly milkweed. Master Gardeners will be on hand to answer questions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The sale is open to the public.
