One of the films reused Super-8 film footage from one of his projects when he was a student at Missouri Western.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1990s<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Steve Allen \u201992, <\/strong>won the design contest for a geocoin at the U.S. Geocoinfest 2012 in Denver last fall. The coin was produced and given to conference attendees who purchased certain conference packages. The design for the back of the coin was made into a path tag for all attendees. Steve, whose geocaching user name is \u201cMO Pirate,\u201d has designed several coins of several local entities, including one with Missouri Western\u2019s Griffon.\u00a0 PHOTO<\/p>\n<p><strong>Brent Anderson \u201993, <\/strong>published a book, \u201cWee Three Kings.\u201d In November, 100 percent of the proceeds of books sold were donated to charity. The book is available on Amazon.com in book and Kindle versions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dr. Robert Willoughby \u201993, <\/strong>published a book, \u201cThe Brothers Robidoux and the Opening of the American West,\u201d his third book. Robert is an associate professor and chair of the department of history, geography, political science, philosophy and religious studies at the University of Arkansas-Fort Smith. PHOTO<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tracey Sullwold \u201995<\/strong> and Frank Murray were married in 2010. Tracey teaches special education students in Kansas City, Mo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2000s<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Eric \u201901, <\/strong>and<strong> Katie (Singleton) \u201902, Akins <\/strong>announce the birth of a twins, Archer Jack and Alaina Jade, born May 3, 2012. PHOTO<\/p>\n<p><strong>Winter (Berry) Houser \u201901<\/strong>, graduated with a Master of Science in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University. She and her husband, John, also announce the birth of a daughter, Kendel Ruthann, born June 20, 2012. Kendel\u2019s siblings include John, Jr., Riley, and Erin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kristen Tippit \u201903<\/strong>, and Zachary Guerrero were married April 6, 2012 in Cancun, Mexico. She graduated with an MBA from Mid-America Nazarene Univeristy in December 2012.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Charity (Cordray) Banko \u201904, <\/strong>and her husband, Nick, announce the birth of a daughter, Juliette Michelle, born June 14, 2012. PHOTO <strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>John Fabsits \u201904<\/strong>, and Elizabeth Leatherman were married July 21, 2012. The couple resides in Columbia, Mo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jessica (Snyder) Schafer \u201905, <\/strong>is vice president and regional retail manager for Country Club Bank in Kansas City, Mo. In that role, Jessica is responsible for managing the retail function for the Kansas City Metro area.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nicholas Sloop \u201905<\/strong>, and Kate Peterson were married Aug. 11, 2012. The couple resides in Lawson, Mo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Therese Hand \u201906<\/strong>, and Michael DeBenedette were married Aug. 4, 2012. The couple resides in Arvada, Colo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tera (Petersen) \u201907, <\/strong>and <strong>Court \u201908, Jackson<\/strong> announce the birth of a son, Eastyn Dean, born Aug. 20, 2012. The couple resides in Bettendorf, Iowa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Emily Richardson \u201908<\/strong>, is an assistant director at Choices in St. Joseph, Mo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Barbara (Meyer) Spencer \u201908<\/strong>, and her husband, Clint, announce the birth of a daughter, Frankie Elizabeth, born Aug. 21, 2012. She has a big brother, CJ.
