Robert Roth \u201973 <\/b>was inducted into the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame in January. Roth, a former member of the Board of Regents and a member of the Missouri Western Athletics Hall of Fame, is chair of the board of Hillyard in St. Joseph, Missouri. Roth helped launch the Missouri Basketball Hall of Fame in 1986 and served as its president for 10 years. He was also the initial president of the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame in 1993.<\/p>\n
Greg Kastner \u201978 <\/b>was named 2014 Coach of the Year by St. Joseph Sports, Inc. Kastner is the baseball coach and athletic director at Bishop LeBlond High School in St. Joseph, Missouri. In 2014, LeBlond\u2019s baseball team won the sectional title and he was also named Class 2 MSHSAA All-State All Star head coach.<\/p>\n

Wayne Cavender \u201986 <\/b>was named dean of the College at Dallas Institute of Funeral Service. He had previously been serving as an instructor and assistant to the president.<\/p>\n
Roddy Barnes \u201988 <\/b>performed at Paradox Theatre in St. Joseph, Missouri in December 2014. Barnes, a pianist, has performed all over the world and his compositions have been performed by national artists.<\/p>\n

Amy (Gray) Boswell \u201993 <\/b>is the Life Enrichment Director at Talmage Terrace Lanier Gardens Retirement Community in Athens, Georgia. She is in charge of activities and programs.<\/p>\n
Lana K. Nanneman \u201996 <\/b>was promoted to Human Resources Manager at Altec Industries, Inc., St. Joseph, Missouri.<\/p>\n
Jennifer Huffman \u201999 <\/b>graduated with a master\u2019s degree in library and information science from the University of Missouri-Columbia in May 2014. She began a new job in 2015 with the State Historical Society of Missouri as a manuscript specialist at its Kansas City Research Center. She continues to work at the U.S. 8th<\/sup> Circuit Library in Kansas City, Missouri, as well.<\/p>\n 2000s<\/b><\/p>\n Brad Nurski \u201901 <\/b>was named the 2014 Missouri Golf Association Player of the Year last fall. He finished as a runner-up in both the Missouri Stroke Play Championship and the Payne Stewart Invitational and made it to the round of 32 at the Missouri Amateur. He also qualified for the U.S. Mid-Amateur Championship. Nurski was a member of Missouri\u2019s entry into the U.S. State Team Championship in Indiana, and the team finished fourth out of 52 teams. He also earned one of three qualifying spots, with partner Skip Berkmeyer, to play in the USGA Four-Ball Championship at the Olympic Club in San Francisco this month.<\/p>\n Lauren (Stehle) \u201904 <\/b>and Jacob \u201908 Kelly <\/b>announce the birth of a daughter, Grace Joan, born July 28, 2013.<\/p>\n Nicholas Sloop \u201905\/\u201908 <\/b>and <\/b>Kate Peterson Sloop <\/b>announce the birth of their first child, Aspen Linnea Sloop, born Nov. 13, 2014.<\/p>\n 2010s<\/b><\/p>\n Colbie Prothero \u201913 <\/b>and Kyle Hines were married Sept. 6, 2014.
