International Office Check-In and Orientation
The International Center provides orientation for incoming student and gives new international students essential information regarding to their staying at MWSU. As it will be a great experience to:
-Meet our International Students Services Staff and other International Students.
– Tour around MWSU the campus.
-Learn about studying in U.S and American cultures.
Orientation Schedule Fall 2014
**For students living on campus, please stop by the Health Center in Blum 203 to update health records and receive TB/immunization testing on the following dates:
August 18-21, 2014. Before 1:00 p.m.
**You need to register for classes before you pick up your Student I.D. in Parking and Security Services next to the bookstore in Blum Union (room 100).
· Graduate students register with your graduate academic advisor. Please check your graduate acceptance letter for your advisor’s name.
· Undergraduate students register with Elaine Bryant in Eder 209 at 1:00 – 4:30 p.m. on Friday, August 22nd
- All undergraduates need to take the math, reading, and writing tests.
. Intensive English Program students register with Elaine Bryant in Eder 209
at 1:00 p.m.- 4:30 p.m. on Friday, August 22nd
-IEP students will need to take the writing test.
-IEP students also need to take the compass exam, which the IEP department will test them during their first day of classes.
