ACCOMMODATIONS TESTING TECHNICIAN- (temporary position, no benefits): Position is located in the counseling/accessibility resources center suite and is supervised by the counseling/accessibility center administrative assistant. The technician schedules and administers testing for students requiring special accommodations. Responsibilities also include: acquiring tests from instructors, scheduling student appointments for testing, monitoring tests administration, and returning tests to the instructors, all the while maintaining a high level of security and confidentiality. REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in a related field; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience in test administration sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job. Knowledge required includes an understanding of standardized testing procedures and computer-based testing. Additional skills desired include understanding of various computer applications, corresponding record-keeping, and competent communication skills, both verbal and written.
