COORDINATOR FOR THE CENTER FOR STUDENT INVOLVEMENT (CSI) – (temporary position, no benefits) – position will be supervised by the Assistant Dean of Student Development, to provide an invaluable role to the function and success of our office. This position will work specifically with our Missouri Western Greek Community, provide and implement student Leadership Initiatives campus wide. The Coordinator can expect to collaboratively work with our Greek Community, CSI Campus Leadership and Campus Programming and other Student Affairs Departments. REQUIRED: High school diploma or GED; one year of specialized training in administrative support or a related field; three years of administrative support or related office experience; proven office skills/computer applications, or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job. ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR- DEAN OF FINE ARTS- to oversee the daily operation of the college, performing responsible, and complex clerical functions including maintaining budgets, oversight of student employees, assisting students and parents with university rules and regulations, maintains appointment schedule, maintains orderly flow of requests for information, and keeps the Dean informed of current issues, experience working in an environment requiring a high degree of confidentiality, and may coordinate a variety of departmental and campus events. REQUIRED: High school diploma or GED; one year of specialized training in office administration or business management and three years of administrative support or related experience, knowledge of various office equipment and advanced software applications; and skills in the following areas: problem solving, organization, proofreading and ability to multitask with attention to detail.
