Bring Us Your Publicity!
The first day of classes is fast approaching! If you have posters/flyers that you want hung up before classes, please bring them to Blum 210 before Monday, August 18. Please remember the new publicity process: All publicity is due in the Center for Student Involvement by noon each Monday. The CSI staff will then hang up the publicity. All publicity will be hung for 2 weeks. If your publicity needs to be hung for a longer period of time, approval must be given by the Assistant Dean of Student Development. In order to accommodate everyone's publicity, we are asking that no posters/flyers be larger than 11x17.
MWSU Offers New Nurse Educator Graduate Classes
A new graduate program at MWSU aims to address a growing shortage of qualified nursing faculty. The Department of Nursing and Allied Health will begin offering nurse educator graduate classes this fall. Students will be able to earn either a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) in Health Care Leadership with a Nurse Educator option or a Nurse Educator Graduate Certificate.

Some of the courses are offered online, face-to-face or in a blended format. To accommodate those who are working full-time, all face-to-face classes will meet at 4:30 p.m. or later on one day per week.

The Master of Science in Nursing program is fully accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education for five years, the maximum length of time a new program can be accredited.
