New Publicity Guidelines
The Center for Student Involvement is requiring student organizations and university departments to submit all posters and flyers to be posted on campuswide bulletin boards to the CSI (Blum 207) by noon on Mondays for approval. They will then be posted by our staff!
In an effort to organize our campuswide bulletin boards, only CSI staff will be allowed to hang up posters/flyers. Posters/flyers can be posted for 2 weeks (unless special permission for a longer period of time is provided by the Assistant Dean of Student Development). To allow space to publicize all of our events, posters/flyers are to be no larger than 11x17 inches.
This policy only applies to campuswide bulletin boards. Permission to post on departmental bulletin boards should be provided by the boards' owner(s). Please keep this in mind as you design and print flyers for the fall semester.

MWSU Offers New Nurse Educator Graduate Classes
A new graduate program at MWSU aims to address a growing shortage of qualified nursing faculty. The Department of Nursing and Allied Health will begin offering nurse educator graduate classes this fall. Students will be able to earn either a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) in Health Care Leadership with a Nurse Educator option or a Nurse Educator Graduate Certificate.

Some of the courses are offered online, face-to-face or in a blended format. To accommodate those who are working full-time, all face-to-face classes will meet at 4:30 p.m. or later on one day per week.

The Master of Science in Nursing program is fully accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education for five years, the maximum length of time a new program can be accredited.
Griffon Greeters Wanted
Calling all campus organizations! Residence Hall Association would like you to help the new Griffons move into their new home on Wednesday, August 20! This is a great way to get your organization’s name out there and do a little community service as well!

Greeters will work in 3 hour shifts beginning at 8:30 a.m. and ending at 5:30 p.m.

Freshmen will be moving into Scanlon, Vaselakos and Leaverton Halls. We will need greeters at each location. Time and hall preferences are on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Reserve a spot for your organization by contacting Erin Sprenger at no later than July 18.
