The Griffon Guarantee Scholarship is a merit-based scholarship that renews and grows each year! \u00a0It is available for new and transfer students. The Freshman Griffon Guarantee Scholarship is different from other scholarships. It starts with an initial award based only on your high school GPA (no ACT\/SAT required), and it automatically renews and grows each year as long as you remain enrolled full-time and in good academic standing (2.0+ GPA).<\/p>\n Freshman recipients receive their original scholarship plus an additional $1,000 when they earn 30 credit hours, an additional $500 at the 60-credit mark, and $500 more at the 90-credit mark. The upgrades are cumulative, so this means an additional $4,500 over eight semesters on top of your initial award.<\/p>\n Incoming freshmen with a high school GPA of at least 2.5 are eligible for the Griffon Guarantee Scholarship.<\/p>\n Students may qualify for a higher Griffon Guarantee award based on ACT\/SAT score and Missouri A+ program certification:<\/p>\n Griffon Guarantee Conditions and FAQs<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n
