Northwest Health Services will be sponsoring this event.

• Participants will fill out paperwork.
• Once the paperwork is completed, a team member will go over the paperwork with them and ask if they have any questions.
• Then the screening will take place (it is only a fingerstick) and results will be given in approximately 15 minutes. 
• After the screening, they will be given their results along with a $10 gift card. 

After the event, we will draw for a couple of larger prizes.
