The UTG Law Clinic summer project is to teach High School students in schools like these about children&#8217;s rights and responsibilities under Gambian law. This is modeled after the long successful Street Law program that started in the U.S. but has been implemented in many other countries.\u00a0http:\/\/streetlaw.org\/en\/home<\/p>\n<p>Our clinic students first have to create a curriculum that is accurate and can be presented to children from all backgrounds. Although The Gambia is predominantly Muslim, the government is secular and there are schools for all backgrounds.
