Good news! Missouri Governor Mike Parson announced March 18 that Missouri will activate Phase 2 of the state\u2019s COVID-19 Vaccination Plan on March 29. Phase 2 includes higher education, so any Missouri Western employees (including student workers) who did not qualify as part of Phase 1 will be eligible by the end of the month.The governor also announced that Phase 3 of the vaccination plan will be activated on April 9. Phase 3 includes all Missouri adults, so most of our students will qualify as well. Vaccination will be voluntary for Missouri Western employees and students at this time. To educate yourself and to make an informed decision, please refer to the State of Missouri\u2019s \u201cGet the Facts<\/a>\u201d page as a resource.<\/div>\n

In order to plan y<\/span>our vaccination, you can <\/span>register through the Missouri Vaccine Navigator<\/a>, Mosaic Life Care\u2019s vaccination registration<\/a>, your local health department, or your family\u2019s healthcare provider or pharmacy. In addition, the Kansas City VA Medical Center is conducting vaccination clinics providing 1200 doses per week. If you are a veteran, you can call to register at: <\/span>816-922-2619.<\/p>\n
