The ceremony for students who earned their degrees in the spring semester and in the summer term will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, September 20, 2020, in the Looney Complex Arena.<\/p>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Spring and Summer 2020 graduates who are unable to participate in the September 20 commencement will be invited to participate in the December 2020 commencement ceremony on December 19, 2020. Can I still come get my belongings?<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div><div id=\"847d52f240b9c8b6e\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse \"><div class=\"panel-body toggle-content fusion-clearfix\">\n<p>The City of Saint Joseph has issued a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stjoemo.info\/DocumentCenter\/View\/11344\/Second-Amended-Declaration-and-Order-PDF?fbclid=IwAR3aUaIoJe8PXAxtWjli7tgk3tEzkL1J2EigZ88VRSKvU2-eCX6-Zisqdts\">Stay At Home order <\/a>effective at 12:01 am on Tuesday, March 24, 2020, and continuing until April 24, 2020. As an educational institution, Missouri Western is deemed an \u201cessential\u201d business so access to the residence halls is possible using the process established by Residential Life. We strongly encourage students to gather their belongings so they may shelter in place at their home residence. When do I need to go?<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div><div id=\"61df5a1d5370d1521\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse \"><div class=\"panel-body toggle-content fusion-clearfix\">\n<p>All students need to leave campus housing by <strong><u>April 1, 2020<\/u><\/strong>.\u00a0Housing and Residential Life is using an express check-out process to expedite your departure from campus. We are trying to maintain a limited population and social distancing in the halls. Please make sure to inform people who regularly send you mail of your new address.\u00a0 If you have a package en route, we will make every attempt to forward it. However UPS, FedEx, and DHL will not forward packages that are delivered.
