The program is intended to contribute to the growing reputation of Missouri Western as the Applied Learning University in the state of Missouri. Applications for PORTAL consist of the following information:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Abstract<\/li>\n<li>Information on other summer activities<\/li>\n<li>Statement of impact on your professional development<\/li>\n<li>Information on students and student involvement<\/li>\n<li>Methodology and timeline<\/li>\n<li>Expected outcomes<\/li>\n<li>Results of prior PORTAL awards<\/li>\n<li>Agreement with various conditions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The application has 4 pages:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Abstract<\/li>\n<li>Main Application<\/li>\n<li>Results of Prior Awards<\/li>\n<li>Agreements<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>PORTAL Reports<\/strong><br \/>\nIf you are awarded a PORTAL you are required to submit a report by November 1st on your project.
