\nThe softball team, standing at 37-16 overall and 21-5 in the MIAA, played in the MIAA championships last weekend and came in second to University of Central Oklahoma. They finished the postseason tournament 3-2 and qualified for the NCAA Central Region Championships that start Thursday, May 9 in Winona, Minnesota.<\/p>\n
\nGriffons competed in the MIAA Championships this past weekend, tallying double-digit top 10 finishes on the final day. In the program’s second season, the women’s team took 11th<\/sup>, finishing ahead of Nebraska-Kearney and Central Oklahoma, while the men finished 12th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n
\nWomen’s golf is playing in the NCAA Division II Central Region Championship Tuesday, May 7 for day two of the tournament in Muskogee, Oklahoma. They tied for 10th yesterday and Shi Qing Ong tied for sixth individually.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
