When we played the Chargers, we were relying on our kicker\u2019s back up\u2019s back up. Thankfully it all worked out for our team and we got the win, but there\u2019s a deeper appreciation for those that aren\u2019t normally starting continuing to practice and earning the confidence of their coaches that they\u2019ll be able to step-up when needed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Whether you enjoy football or not, this idea of moving up in an organization is relevant to anyone looking to further their career. The time for you to show that you will excel in an upper-level position is not when it comes open or your supervisor leaves but the moment you begin your time with a company.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You don\u2019t need to be in a \u201cleadership role\u201d to think and act like a leader \u2013 the title will follow your actions.
