It's time. .. for you to quit smoking and take charge of your health (and pocket book!)
A FREE Smoking Cessation class is now being offered to MWSU students, faculty and staff beginning Monday, Sept. 9 at 12:15 p.m.
Classes are seven week programs with a 45-60 minute session once per week on Mondays at 12:15 p.m. in Spratt Hall room 105. Space is limited, so please call or email Dr. Christopher Bond, assistant professor of communication, at 816-271-4504 or email@example.com immediately to reserve your spot in the class.
All training fees, cessation materials including patches, gum and lozenges are provided to you free of charge. Your family members and friends who are smokers are welcome to attend the class with you but they must sign-up also.
This class is approximately a $200 value offered to you for free. Please take advantage of this program. Save money and most of all increase your health!
