What makes a Group?

Your favorite bunch of people constitutes a group: friends, family, co-workers, tourists, organizations, classmates - anyone! Group minimums range from 10 to 15 people, depending on the performance. Contact our group sales department for information on group minimums for shows that interest you.

Why Bring A Group?

• Groups save up to 20% on tickets depending on group size, show and performance
• Reduced handling fees
• Preferred seating if groups order before general public and we do our best to always get the best seats for your group
• Opportunity for a unique fundraising event, corporate outing or just a wonderful large family experience
• Post show discussions with artistic staff, talkbacks with actors, backstage tours and on-site receptions can all be made available

Can My Organization Buy Out A Show?

Zounds... yes! Absolutely! The theatre welcomes groups of all sizes to buy out the entire theatre for a performance. To secure a date, buy-out arrangements should be made well in advance. Buy-outs are based on availability for select shows. Determined on a per-group basis, buy-out customers may receive special benefits and opportunities to customize the experience. We may even add additional shows for your group if you beg!

Is There Anything Special for Students?

STUDENT GROUP SALES:  Missouri Western’s Theatre Education Outreach program offers and can add additional matinee performances specifically designed for schools. We want to provide students of all ages with the means to actively explore the beauty, diversity, complexity and challenges of the world around them through the dramatic arts; in return generate a appreciation for the power of live performing and visual arts that will develop an understanding of the art form and its role in society.
