Student Employee Complaint/Report Form

If you are a student employee on campus and have a situation at your job with co-workers or your supervisor you want to report to the Student Employer Coordinator and don’t feel you can talk to your supervisor, please fill out the form below. All information reported will be kept confidential. Student Employment will follow up with you to discuss the situation further and meet with you if needed.
