Homecoming

Homecoming is funded by the Student Government Association. The chairs are appointed by the SGA President and approved by the Executive Board and Senate. The Center for Student Engagement, a department funded by SGA, is charged with carrying out the success of homecoming. The Homecoming committee consists of three student chairs, a co-chair from the Alumni Board, a co-chair from Athletics and many students and faculty involved in sub committees. Homecoming has been a part of the Western tradition since 1971.
