Prairie Lands Writing Project director Jane Frick along with Terri McAvoy and Rebecca Dierking, teacher consultants, attended the Write To Learn 2007 conference February 15-17, 2007 at Tan-Tar-A Resort Osage Beach, MO.  Terri and Rebecca both presented at this conference.  See link below for copies of their handouts. Rebecca also had the privilege of introducing Billy Collins, former Poet Laureate of the United States. Rebecca commented, ” He's a phenomenal poet and an interesting person to chat with.”
