W 10/29 - Th 12/4 Apply for tuition fee waivers for PLWP spring graduate courses: ENG/EDU 512 Teaching Writing with Technology or ENG 500 Literature for Adolescents. With the waivers, course fees will be $225 for these three-credit courses which count toward the PLWP Graduate Certificate in the Teaching of Writing.

Prairie Lands is tentatively scheduled to judge Scholastic middle school and high school writing contest entries. Up to 25 teachers and pre-service teachers will be needed to score entries. Sign up online after September 1 to be a rater ($70 or $80 stipend per session).
