“Mini-Lessons With Maximum Impact”

Pam demonstrated quick and fun ways to introduce parts of speech in the elementary and middle school classrooms. Participants played the “noun game”, the “fish sentence challenge”, and many other activities. Pam introduced a poetry project that reinforce what students have learned about parts of speech. In this interactive session, you will participate in the “noun game,” the “fish sentence challenge,” and many other activities that will help your students remember parts of speech while having fun. Pam will also share student examples of creative writing and art developed from some of the featured mini-lessons. This workshop includes a poetry project featuring types of poems that reinforce what students have learned about parts of speech.
