*During this presentation, George will provide a minimum of ten ready-made, reproducible activities that you can take back to your classrooms to use. These ready-made activities involve students capturing memories through writing. George will show the different genres in which his students write and will give reproducible samples for you to take home. Some of the genres covered are poetry, the informative essay, and fictional dialogue. Come prepared to participate by writing one small piece. Sharing will be voluntary.
