Tau Kappa Epsilon believes that the backbone of a successful team is based on building relationships, and developing strong interpersonal ties. Missouri Western TKE would not be the unique, redefined fraternity it is on campus without members all pitching in and doing their part. When you put on a set of Tau Kappa Epsilon letters at Missouri Western, it is more than just being in a "frat"; TKE is representing your team through your personal actions. The TKE team is no stronger than its weakest link, so we take great strides to cultivate every man in the Chapter to reach their full potential. With members all contributing in their respective office, chair, or active member role, the concept of teamwork is vital to our internal brotherhood and external public image.
