Generations of men have become successful in life through their experiences in Tau Kappa Epsilon. TKE teaches the basic principles of effective living such as integrity, honesty, and patience, which are core values in our Fraternity

At Missouri Western, our aims target getting men involved in leadership roles throughout the campus and the community. We expect integrity out of our brothers and hold them personally accountable for their actions through the Membership Standards in our TKE Fraternity Bylaws and through our Membership Quality Board.  In addition, brothers have the bonus incentive of earning higher levels of fraternal achievement through the International Chapter with the Order of the Founders, Knights of Classic Lore, and Fraternity For Life awards.  These awards are instrumental in building our brotherhood and codify what is important as a TKE man making a valuable contribution to society.

TKE provides our members with educational opportunities that foster academic excellence, character development, team building, and leadership. New members are given The Teke Guide, a manual containing the history, traditions, organization, and ideals of the Fraternity, and all have access to character building opportunities through Province, Regional, and International conferences to meet other TKE men of sterling character and staunch uprightness.
