Our Guidelines:

 

 

 

  1. Commit to the organization and its members in prayer, loyalty, and honesty
  2. Attend all weekly meetings
  3. Meet with a member of leadership if more than 2 meetings are missed
  4. Attend at least two activities per semester (one fundraiser, one service project)
  5. Go through a short discipleship process
  6. Maintain at least a 2.5 GPA
  7. Avoid participation in or support of actions that oppose Biblical views
  8. Pay dues promptly at the beginning of each month
  9. Remain a full-time student at Missouri Western

General Information:

v     Alpha Omega was founded in Kansas City as a women’s Christian organization and is not affiliated with the Greek system.

v     Our weekly meetings consist of large group activities and announcements, praise and worship, and small group Bible studies.

v     Our colors are:

*Purple (for Christ’s royalty)

*Red (for Christ’s bloodshed)

*White (for our clean and pure souls upon acceptance of Christ)

During Discipleship:

v     Activities designed for the purpose of getting know one another will held weekly.

v     Eleven key verses will be memorized.

v     New members will meet once a week with their big sister outside of meetings.

v     New members will do a random act of kindness once a week.

   

Philosophy of Alpha Omega:

“It must be God first, God second, and God third until the life is faced steadily with God and no one else is of any account whatsoever.”

Motto:

 “One in Christ through unity in sisterhood”
