What you need to Rush

You will need the following in order to rush Alpha Kappa Psi: þ An interest in Business,   Economics, or Finance (you don't have to be a declared major) þ A current resume þ A copy of your class schedule

Thank you for your interest in AKPsi Rush.  Each semester, Alpha Kappa Psi allows students at Western to find out what we are all about.  This week of events is called "Rush Week," and it is an opportunity for students interested in business, finance, or economics to meet the Brothers and determine whether Alpha Kappa Psi is right for them.  This is also a time for the Brothers to determine whether you are right for Alpha Kappa Psi.  There is no obligation!  If our organization is not right for you or you don't think that you will benefit from it (you'd be crazy but ...), you don't have to pay anything or join.

Spring 2008 Rush Events

Monday, January 28  - Informational Meeting

So you think you know what Alpha Kappa Psi is all about?  Maybe not.  Come to the informational session and you will get an opportunity to meet the Brothers, find out about costs involved (very low compared to social fraternities and sororities), and learn about the activities you will be privileged to.

Tuesday, January 29 - Community Service

Come have fun making valentines with the residents of the Living Community.

Wednesday, January 30 - Game Night

Meet outside Vaselakos Hall for a fun evening of games.

Thursday, January 31 - Professional Event (Business casual required)

Come to a professional night and listen to Carol Roever teach us how to find the perfect job.

Friday, DATE TBA - Barbeque - MANDATORY

Come eat some pizza and hang out with the brothers of Alpha Kappa Psi.
