About Thompson E. Potter...
Dr. Thompson E. Potter was a well-known St. Joseph physician and had served as a representative of the Community Welfare Council's education committee. He also served as president of the Missouri Western Junior College District Board of Trustees and later was president of Missouri Western's Board of Regents.
