About Leah Spratt...
The building’s namesake, Leah Spratt, was a graduate of St. Joseph Junior College in 1921. Following that, she served as a school teacher and was a great supporter of Missouri Western’s Writing Across the Curriculum. She also received Missouri Western’s Distinguished Alumni Award in 1993.
