ADDRESSING OFF-CAMPUS MAIL ENVELOPES

Each envelope must have a complete mailing address (including street and ZIP code) and a complete return address (including Division or Department name or chargeback account).

Please do not hand address envelopes.  We need to try to get uniform, machine readable, properly addressed mail.

It is important to remember that the address where the mail is to be delivered must appear on the line immediately above the city, state and ZIP code line.

An address in a foreign language is permissible, provided the names of the city, province and or country are indicated in English.
