Missouri Western State University in St. Joseph, Missouri is the official Summer Home of the Kansas City Chiefs!

Missouri Western State University is hosting a Chiefs Training Camp Amateur Digital Photo Contest sponsored by Family Investment Center of St. Joseph.

There are four categories; any amateur photographer age 18 or older may enter:

  • -Family Fun at Training Camp
  • -Kid Fun at Training Camp
  • -Autograph Fun at Training Camp
  • -General "Day at Training Camp"

Prizes will be awarded for each category for a total of 12 prizes:
 First Place $150   Second Place $75    Third Place $25

Each photographer may enter a total of three photos.

Photos will be judged and awarded by a panel of professional photographers.

Official Chiefs Camp Digital Photo Contest Entry Form

CONTEST RULES:

  • An official Chiefs Camp Amateur Digital Photo Contest Entry Form must be submitted with each photograph.

  • Photos must be sized 4x6 at least at 300 dpi, with no manipulation of photo images.

  • All photos must be taken from public access areas only. No one is allowed on the fields or inside of barricaded/fenced areas.

  • All photographs submitted become the property of Missouri Western State University.

  • All entries must be submitted by midnight, Thursday, August 18, 2011.

  • Prizes will be announced on or before September 1, 2011.

I understand that by submitting my photos to the Chiefs Training Camp Photo Contest I am turning over rights to the photos to Missouri Western State University. These images may be used by Missouri Western State University for promotional purposes, including use in university magazines, newspapers, press releases, booklets, brochures, pamphlets, newsletters, advertisements, the university web site and associated sites, and other promotional materials.
