Create/Edit Lists
A bulleted/numbered list is a helpful tool that can easily display important information in an easy-to-read and efficient manner. Keep each bulleted item short, and try staying between 2 and 10 items as a good rule, but the quantity and length of a list can vary depending on its purpose. Use best judgment and contact us if questions arise.
To create a bulleted/numbered list:
- Locate the area of the page to add a list.
- Type the first item.
- Press "Enter" or "Return" and type the second item.
- Repeat this process until all items have been added.
- After entering the final item highlight the items to included in the list.
- Click either the bulleted list or numbered list icon
at the top of the screen. - The items in the list each have a square, black dot, or number next to them.
- To continue typing after the list place the cursor at the end of the last item, press "Enter" or "Return".
- Press the bulleted or numbered list icon a second time and the bullet or number will disappear and, continue typing in regular paragraph format.
- When finished editing click "Publish".
To add an item to a bulleted list:
- Find the list to edit.
- Place the cursor at the end of the line above where the new item is to be placed.
- Press "Enter" or "Return" and type the new item.
- When finished editing click "Publish".
