How to Edit The Left Navigation Bar

• Create the new page in Contribute.
• Name this page (File name) what the button/link should read:


• Example: A button for "Upcoming Events " is named "upcoming_events.html". Remember: servers do not allow spaces. Use an underscore "_" for a space.


• Submit an email request to michend@missouriwestern.edu to update the left navigation menu. Cite the button name and the page file it links to:


• Example: "I have created a new page "upcoming_events.html" located in the Student Development website and I need a button link for this page added to my left navigation. The button should be placed just below the "Frequently Asked Questions" button."
