Add Images

Add an image to a web site from a computer (a diagram, photo, etc.) or use a graphic that is already used on the web site (a logo, button, etc.).

To add an image from your computer:

• Find the location to place the image on the page.
• Click the icon on the Contribute Toolbar.
• From the drop-down list, select "From My Computer".
• A dialog box appears, listing files on the computer. Find the image to add (it must be in .gif, .png, or .jpg format).
• Click on the image and click "Select".
• The image is added to the page.
• Click "Publish" to finish editing. Contribute will upload the image to the web server in the default "images" folder.

To add an image from your website:

• Find the location to place the image on the page.
• Click on the "Image" icon on the Contribute Toolbar.
• From the drop-down list, select "From Website".
• A dialog box appears, listing files on the website. Find the image to add. Clicking on an image shows a preview on the right side of the dialog box.
• Click on the image you want and click "OK".
• The image is added to the page.
• Click on "Publish" to finish editing.
