Add Images
Add an image to a web site from a computer (a diagram, photo, etc.) or use a graphic that is already used on the web site (a logo, button, etc.).
To add an image from your computer:
- Find the location to place the image on the page.
- Click the
icon on the Contribute Toolbar. - From the drop-down list, select "From My Computer".
- A dialog box appears, listing files on the computer. Find the image to add (it must be in .gif, .png, or .jpg format).
- Click on the image and click "Select".
- The image is added to the page.
- Click "Publish" to finish editing. Contribute will upload the image to the web server in the default "images" folder.
To add an image from your website:
- Find the location to place the image on the page.
- Click on the "Image" icon on the Contribute Toolbar.
- From the drop-down list, select "From Website".
- A dialog box appears, listing files on the website. Find the image to add. Clicking on an image shows a preview on the right side of the dialog box.
- Click on the image you want and click "OK".
- The image is added to the page.
- Click on "Publish" to finish editing.
