 General Information
Three IMC service section managers lead the department
in a team effort to:
- Oversee/lead the development of services offered by the
IMC based on the needs of faculty, staff, students and
administration. Oversee the development of recommended
policy and procedures for efficient operation of IMC services.
- Lead the development of short and long range plans for
the IMC.
- Lead negotiations in support of recommended
budgets and capital needs.
- Assist and/or lead research into new instructional delivery
systems.
- Represent or assist in representing the IMC in negotiations
with other departments/administration regarding use of, or interrelationships with IMC services.
- Oversee that personnel matters are addressed or handled
in a timely manner.
- Maintain the integrity of the IMC professional working
environment.
