Full-time and 80% Time Faculty and Staff
Missouri Western provides vision insurance coverage through VSP to all benefit eligible employees. Employees may choose from the low-option or a high option plan.
Missouri Western pays 100% of the employee’s premium for enrollment in the low–option vision plan. Employees may choose to pay an additional premium for the high option plan. Deductions can be made on a pre-tax basis.
Spouse and Eligible Dependents
Employees may choose to cover their spouse or eligible dependents under the VSP plans. Employees are responsible for 100% of the premium cost for coverage of a spouse or eligible dependents through payroll deduction. Deductions can be made on a pre-tax basis.
