Missouri Western provides Full-Time and 80% Time Faculty and Staff with basic term life insurance equal to 1x their annual salary paid 100% by the University.
Missouri Western provides Full-Time and 80% Time Faculty and Staff the option to purchase additional life insurance at group rates to be paid 100% by the employee. Employees may choose additional life insurance up to 5 times their annual salary or $500,000, whichever is less. Group rates are also available for employee paid spouse and/or dependent life insurance coverage.
