Contact Lens Discounts through VSP
There is no contact lens discount beyond the $130 allowance for contacts in the VSP Buy-Up plan.
Mayo Clinic and MD Anderson
Neither MD Anderson or Mayo Clinic are in the HMO network. HMO is only the local network. However, both MD Anderson and Mayo Clinic are in the PPO network.
Maximum Dependent Age for Health, Dental and Vision Insurance Coverages
Dependents can be covered until the end of the calendar year in which they turn 26 years old. They do NOT have to be a student and the do NOT have to currently be claimed on your annual tax return.
