Missouri Western's Bachelor of Science in Health Informatics and Information Management.
The degree program meets the needs of a continuously changing environment and prepares graduates who can function in a technologically advanced and changing work environment.
Classes specific to health informatics and information management began in the fall of 2011. General studies requirements can be started at any time.
Also, students who are interested in a Minor in Health Informatics and Information Management will be able to complete the required classes beginning in the fall 2011.
The HIIM program is in Candidacy Status, pending accreditation review by the Commission on Accreditation for Health Informatics and Information Management Education (CAHIIM).
Students who started the AAS degree in Health Information Technology at Missouri Western State University will be allowed to complete the degree. Careful planning is underway to make sure all requirements are met in a timely manner. The Associate Degree Program at
