The limited space for performers, auditors and housing requires us to hold places on a first-come basis. All participants should arrive by 6:00 P.M., Wednesday, May 16 (housing will be assigned at that time) and plan to leave the housing by 6:00 P.M. Sunday, May 20 unless other arrangements are made with the home host. Full festival activities begin 9:00 A.M. Thursday, May 17.

N.B. All Competitors MUST BE PRESENT AT THE DRAWING FOR COMPETITION ORDER WHICH WILL TAKE PLACE THURSDAY, MAY 17 AT 10:00 AM. Be sure to book your travel arrangements accordingly. Any competitor not present at the drawing will be disqualified and will forfeit their entry fee and be disqualified from the competition.
