By submitting this form I agree to have my name placed on a list of possible hosts for participants in the St. Joseph International Guitar Festival and if chosen to host a musician, I agree to have my name placed on a thank you list printed in all concert programs for the festival. I additionally agree to provide comfortable sleeping quarters and appropriate privacy for the participant (board optional) and agree to provide transportation to (classes begin at 9:00 a.m.) and from (classes end at 5:00 p.m.) the festival on each day of the festival in exchange for 2 complimentary auditor tickets (good for entrance to all classes, lectures and concerts during the festival [retail value, $ 350.] ). I additionally recognize that I am representing the festival and the community of St. Joseph and will do my utmost to extend the sincerest hospitality.
