All participants should arrive by 12:00 noon, Monday, July 14 (rooms will be ready by that time) and plan to leave the dorms by 12:00 noon, Saturday, July 19.
St. Joseph is roughly 45 minutes north from Kansas City, Missouri International Airport (MCI). After being accepted to the festival, please make your flight arrangements early and contact the festival administration at Missouri Western (see address/phone at bottom of "Guitarist's Application" page) with your confirmed flight itinerary. Free pick-up and drop-off service to and from Kansas City will be made for your arrival and departure.
