All participants should arrive by 12:00 noon, Monday, July 14 (rooms will be ready by that time) and plan to leave the dorms by 12:00 noon, Saturday, July 19.

Access:
All participants (performers and auditors) will have full access to all masterclasses, lectures, panels and concerts. Performers will additionally be able to perform in masterclasses, and may have the option of additional private lessons at their own expense with the guest artists as time permits.

I understand that if I am accepted for a performance scholarship, I will arrive on Saturday, July 12, in order to perform 2 appropriate selections at a local church in St. Joseph on Sunday morning, July 13. In exchange for this service, $50 of my festival entrance fee will be returned to me the first day of the festival and my room/board for Saturday and Sunday nights (July 12-13) will be paid by the festival.
