Program Modification

The modification of an approved graduate Program of Study Forms by the substitution of other courses (MWSU or otherwise) or the waiving of course or program requirements, must be approved by the program director(s) and department chairperson(s) of the relevant MWSU academic department(s), and Graduate Dean.
