NUR 504 Professional Role Development for Nursing Leaders (3 credits) Generally offered: Spring
Role theory provides the integrative foundation for professional nursing leadership at the individual, interpersonal, organizational and societal levels. Roles are explored in relation to standards-based practice with an emphasis on human resources management and workforce development. Prerequisite: None
