MGT 503 Organizational Theory (3 credits) Generally offered: Every Fall
Examines the impacts of individual behavior and group behavior on organizations. Studies the relationship between individuals’ values, emotions, perceptions, and personality on workplace behavior and productivity. Reviews the effectiveness of alternative organizational structures, motivation, leadership, power, and politics on organizational success Prerequisite: Graduate Standing and MGT 301 or equivalent
